Absolutely nothing.

The owner of the hotel and his son were really friendly and always there to help or have nice conversations. We got to learn alot about Croatia, that we could not have learned from a guide or the usual hotel staff. We where free to do whatever we wanted, of course, but still it felt more like living in a family home than at a normal hotel. A little kitchen in the room, plus the balcony makes it possible to enjoy a nice brekfast and lunch in your own apartment. Also, its easy to get around, for example you can go to Split or Torgir by bus or dalmatinas (minibusses). Both to shop, see more restaurants and explore the historical old town.

The owner was welcoming. The room was clean with a view of the Adriatic. The Dalmation bus was convenient transportation to/from town. The Villa gave us a seaside experience while visiting Split.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Mr Jerko and his son Marko are delightful hosts. The Villa's proximity to the beach, local restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop to Split/Omis is perfect. We simply had a great time and can't wait to go back! Which we most certainly will do before Croatia goes into the Euro in 2013.
Nothing worth mentioning.

The beachfront location was amazing, with easy access to sunbeds and a bar service.
The size of the one-bedroom apartments was a bit small, especially for a family of four. They could use some more space.

We enjoyed our time at Villa Jerkan. The owner was very helpful. The SeaView room was great!!! The room also had a fridge, hot water kettle, sink and dishes. The hotel is right on the beach and they have beach chairs. There are restaurants within walking distance.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect - right on the edge of the water, with the most amazing views. We loved being able to step out of our room and be directly on the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were in good condition and we especially loved spending time on our terrace, taking in the stunning surroundings.
All was fantastic, couldn't ask for more!
